PRODUCTS: We offer a complete range (over 4,000 SKUs) of compatible / remanufactured cartridges drums for thousands of printers, MFPs and fax machines. Our products are completely compatible with the manufacturers’ original brand products which they replace and will not void the original OEM warranty. They are primarily made in ISO9001 , ISO14001 and STMC quality certified factories.
QUALITY: Our manufacturer partners use the finest raw materials and continually refine their processes to provide us with the highest level quality product on the market. Our factories must produce our products using strict quality control procedures and utilize continuous process improvements. Raw materials are inspected to insure they meet incoming quality requirements and all finished products are print tested to insure they function properly prior to final packaging. All products are traceable with unique lot number stickers in case there is a quality issue. The factories perform life-cycle testing confirming that page yields are at least equal to the OEM product along with similar print quality.
SHIPPING: We supply to continental US only and cannot accommodate orders to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. All orders before 17:00 PT are shipped the same day and we provide tracking information. You can choose next-day or 2nd-day-delivery service.
WARRANTY: Each product is individually print tested and covered by our industry-leading premium 100% full lifetime warranty. Our products have to be free from defects in material workmanship and performance. If at any time, they fail to perform, we will replace them or issue a credit as long as returned cartridge is not empty (all returned items are weighed). Our warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, modification or abuse of our product. We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. If the laser printer or MFP device is found to have been damaged due to the use of our product, then we will reimburse for the repair or replacement of the machine, for up to one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to hire an independent technician to determine the cause of any reported machine damage.
RETURNS: Our defect ratio is below 1%, which is very good for our industry, but it happens. We will provide a return label (at no cost for defective items). You have 15 days to deliver the package to a UPS Location. Return all broken or leaking cartridges in a sealed, leak-proof bag. Reshipment is same day with the return request, refund is only after receipt of returned item(s). Restocking fee up to 20% is applicable to returns of nondefective items.
