Where do you deliver?
We supply to continental U.S. only. We cannot accomodate orders to APO/FPO addresses. We deliver only Prime orders to PO Box addresses.
Do you have premium shipment service?
Yes, all orders before 17:00 PT are shipped the same day and you can choose next-day or 2nd-day-delivery service.
What is page yield?
Page yield is the number of pages you can print with one cartridge.
What is page coverage?
Page coverage is the percentage of the page being printed.

What is the page coverage for WORLDS OF CARTRIDGES’ products?
5% according to ISO/IEC 19752, the standard commonly used in our industry.
How many pages can I print?
That depends on your average page coverage. The yield value provided on our product pages will tell you how many pages you can print at 5% coverage (6 lines of text on A4 page). If your average page coverage is 30% (36 lines of text on A4 page), you can print 1/6 of the provided yield value. Example: If yield = 6,000 pages, you can either print 6,000 pages at 5% coverage, or print 3,000 pages at 10% coverage, or print 1,500 pages at 20% coverage, or print 1,000 pages at 30% coverage. Formula: 6 x (yield) / (your average lines of text on A4 page)
How can I cancel an order?
Simply send an e-mail to support@worldsofcartridges.com. Depending on the time interval we receive your message, we may not be able to stop shipment. In such cases, you can write to us about your return request afterwards.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
We can only change the shipping address until the order is shipped out.
Can I return any product?
Yes, you can return any product you purchased from us according to our premum 100% full lifetime guarantee policy.
How does delivery work?
Deliveries are made by the carrier during working hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Saturday deliveries are to residential addresses only. Prime orders are delivered by UPS. After the first failed delivery attempt, your package will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point, if there is one in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice with all the instructions and information required for pick up. You may contact UPS for a second delivery attempt at no additional cost. If the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. If, however, there is no Access Point in your area, the courier will attempt to deliver a further two times, after which the package will be returned to our warehouse. In case of a return, we will issue a refund.
How can I return a product?
Submit your return request to supportworldsofcartridges.com and provide necessary information. We need to know return reason (defect or not?), quantity/type/color of the item(s) to be returned (for partial returns), warranty code on the product label (a series of letters and numbers), and your preference for refund or replacement (specify, if urgent). We will provide a return label (at no cost for defective items). You have 15 days to deliver the package to a UPS Location. Return all broken or leaking cartridges in a sealed, leak-proof bag. Reshipment is same day with the return request, refund is only after receipt of returned item(s). Restocking fee up to 20% is applicable to returns of nondefective items.
