Overview

We offer 100% full lifetime warranty. We accept return of defective items anytime with a free return label and return of non-defective items within 30 days after purchase with a restocking fee up to 20%. We do ship replacement items or issue refund based on buyer preference.

Returns

Return and replacement requests are to be submitted via e-mail to support@worldsofcartridges.com. Any unauthorized product sent back will be disposed of without credit being issued. All products must be shipped in a protective outer box with suitable inner packaging to prevent the product from being damaged in transit, regardless of return reason. In addition, all broken or leaking cartridges must be returned in a sealed, leak-proof bag. Product not returned in the above manner may be destroyed or returned at the customer’s expense without a credit being issued.

Replacements

 In case of a replacement request, replacement items are shipped out same day or next day via expedited shipping service.

Refunds

In case of a refund request, after inspection of a returned item a refund is processed and a credit is applied to the buyer based on the original method of payment within 2 business days.
